At Creative Design, we know every community is different. We will never take a "cookie cutter approach" to your model design. We take into consideration the location of the community, the demographics, and the anticipated lifestyles of the community before we suggest a single design element.
Step 1
The pre-design phase includes meeting with our clients, the builder?s team and our design team to define the objectives of the project. At this time, we determine the specific goals, scope of the project and the profile of the community. This is the conceptual stage of the process.
Step 2
This is where the fun begins! Preliminary design encompassing space planning, furniture style, suggested interior finishes and color schemes begins. We look at our market research to determine the way the rooms will be utilized based on the buyer profile of the community.
Step 3
The final design phase includes a presentation with color boards, full color book of furniture by room, interior specifications, construction drawings of wall details, built-ins, and complete finish schedules.
Step 4
All furniture, artwork, window treatments and soft goods are ordered upon final approval. We continue to meet regularly with the construction managers and sub-contractors throughout construction.
Step 5
The final implementation of the design culminates with the installation of the model. We will provide a comprehensive inventory with pricing and digital pictures of each model after the final walkthrough.
